Why voltage matters for your Starlink Mini
Most people don’t think about how they’re going to power their Starlink Mini in the car until they’re already on the road. This cable solves that before it becomes a problem.
Designed by AVS and built to our specs, it runs from your vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket directly to your Starlink Mini. Unlike basic cables from other suppliers, it has a built-in step-up converter, so there’s no separate converter box to mount or manage. It handles the voltage step up to the 30V DC the dish needs, all within the cable itself.
Built for vehicles that work as hard as you do
It works on both 12V and 24V systems, so it’s just as useful in a campervan or truck as it is in a regular car or SUV.
The cigarette lighter adapter is rated to 15A continuous and uses tin-plated copper contacts with a spring contact design, so it maintains a firm connection without running hot. There’s a 15A inline fuse on the input lead for added protection, and a digital voltage display so you can keep an eye on what your system is actually doing. The cable itself is 18 AWG throughout, rated to handle the load without voltage drop. The adapter also has a USB-A and USB-C port built in.
